NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00347 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the SR-V2 (Suburban Residential-Varied 2) District:

 

“Lot 25, Sauk Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 24,778 square feet or 0.57 acres.”
