Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Prairie Point - Phase I, Private Contract No. 1819. 9th Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, Attic Angel Prairie Point, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Samuel Drive - east plat line (existing street) to the southwest line of Lot 2
Blackwolf Drive - east plat line (existing street) to Samuel Drive
Blackwolf Drive - Samuel Drive to the northwest plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1819 $36,301.88, useful life 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on August 6, 2004.
