Body

WHEREAS, Echo-Sixtysix, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalks and utility lateral restoration by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 1907-1911 Monroe St PUD.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That said utility lateral and terrace improvements adjacent to 1907-1911 Monroe St PUD are hereby accepted.
