Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods South, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 3.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
·      Canyon Parkway from the west line of Lot 123 (existing street) to the east plat line.
·      Bautista Drive from the north line of Lot 262 to the north line of Lot 266 (existing street).
·      Secret Garden Drive from the north line of Lot 82 to the north line of Lot 77 (existing street).
·      Windmill Way from Secret Garden Drive to Bautista Drive.
·      Catalina Parkway from Siggelkow Road to the north line of Lot 113.
·      Alley 'Q' between Secret Garden Drive and Bautista Drive.
 
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2082    $44,526.20 for a useful life of 40 years.
