The contract provides for a salary based on an annualized rate of $109,400 in 2005, with annual salary adjustments during the term of the contract at the Mayor's discretion and Council approval. The 2005 Traffic Engineering adopted operating budget includes $109,975 for this position.

Confirming the appointment of David C. Dryer to the position of City Traffic Engineer subject to the approval and execution of a five-year Employment Agreement.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed David C. Dryer to the position of City Traffic Engineer and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Dryer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. Dryer's appointment to the position of City Traffic Engineer is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Dryer.
