The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3311. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3311. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 826 West Badger Road is hereby added to R4 General Residence District:
Beginning at the center of Section 35, T7N R9E; thence N89°29'27"W, 537.95 feet, more or less, along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, being also the center line of West Badger Road to the point of beginning: thence N89º29'27"W, 72.15 feet; thence N00°19'00"W, perpendicular with the center line of West Badger Road, 142 feet, thence S89°29'27" East, 72.15 feet, more or less, thence S00º19'00" East, 142 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 0.3 acres."
