WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
      Madison standard street improvements, including sidewalk,
 
      ·      Pine Lawn Parkway from the north line of Lot 39 to Harvest Moon Lane.
 
      Madison standard street improvements, including sidewalk on the north side only,
 
      ·      Harvest Moon Lane from South Point Road to the westerly line of Lot 27.
 
      Construct public alleys
 
·      Pine Lawn Parkway Alley from Pine Lawn Parkway northerly to Vista Meadow Drive and easterly to the west line of Lot 25.
      
      Madison Standard concrete sidewalk adjacent to Lot 121 along South Point Road.
 
 
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2156 $176,738.29 useful life of 40 years.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on December 17, 2007.
