Reduce General Obligation Debt funding by $50,000 $100,000 and reduce Other funding (from the County) by $50,000 $100,000. (Note: The 2009 Dane County Executive Recommended Budget includes $250,000 in payments from the City of Madison for this project. The City of Madison 2009 Executive Budget as recommended by the Board of Estimates includes City funding of $300,000 for this project.  This amendment, in conjunction with amendment No. 7 will equalize the amounts for CCB Improvements in the City and County budgets.) The Common Council shall approve any changes proposed to be made to the chambers prior to expenditure of any funds.
