Title

Amending Section 3.54(1)(b) of the Madison General Ordinances by deleting the classification of "Fire Marshal" in Compensation Group 18, Range 15 and creating the classification of "Fire Marshal" in Compensation Group 18, Range 16, thereof.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance deletes the classification of Fire Marshal in Compensation Group 18, Range 15 and creates said classification in Group 18, Range 16.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Groups" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of " Fire Marshal" in Compensation Group 18, Range 15 and recreating said classification in Compensation Group 18, Range 16, thereof.
