Body

WHEREAS, The Varsity of Madison, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on University Avenue and Lake Street adjacent to 632 University Avenue PUD.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.53B1998 $6,352.50 useful life of 40 years.
