BE IT RESOLVED,

1)      That the plans and specifications for North Police HVAC Energy Efficiency Upgrade, be and are hereby approved.

2)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

Fiscal Note

The estimated cost of this project is $185,000 plus contingency.  Currently $85,000 is available in CB71-58401-810568.  The remaining cost will be funded from available budget authority in other Police capital projects, through a budget amendment prior to or concurrent with contract award.
