Title
Repealing and Recreating Subsection 12.1335(2) of the Madison General Ordinances to update the Snow Emergency Zone Description.
Body
DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance replaces the current description of the snow emergency zone to account for redistricting that occurred in 2022. Due to the redistricting process, the ordinance, which establishes the snow emergency zone based upon alder district numbers, no longer reflects the snow emergency zone that was created by the Council in 2019 by ORD-19-00073 (File No. 57223). The updated zone description does not alter the existing snow emergency zone and will therefore not require any new signage or expenditures.
