MICHAEL HEIFETZ, 9 Brule Circle, 53717 (9th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term for the position of Adult City Resident - 3.  Mr. Heifetz is the Vice President for Governmental Affairs for Dean Health System & SSM Health Care of Wisconsin.  He succeeds Mr. James C. Boll.
