WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
Briar Haven Drive from South Point Road to the east plat line.
Pine Lawn Parkway from Briar Haven Drive to the south line of Lot 97.
Pine Lawn Parkway from Briar Hill Drive to the north line of Lot 118.
Cross Oak Drive from Briar Hill Drive to the north line of Outlots 13 and 14.
Alleys in Outlots 9, 10, 13, and 14.
Sidewalk on the east side of South Point Road adjacent to Lots 143, 144, and Outlot 11.
Sidewalk in the 20-foot wide park access strip between Lots 138 and 139.
Ingress/egress improvements on South Point Road at Briar Haven Drive.  
 
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2028 $258,143.33 useful life of 40-years.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on December 12, 2005.
