Title
Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Developer's Agreement for the St. Mary's Hospital Expansion, Contract No. 1962. (13th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on November 19, 2004, Oscar J. Boldt Construction, entered into a subdivision contract with the City of Madison, and,
WHEREAS, St. Mary's Hospital shall enter into a maintenance agreement for special infrastructure improvements to serve this site, and,
WHEREAS, the original Developer's agreement was silent on the responsibility of constructing these improvements covered under the maintenance agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Developer's Agreement for St. Mary's Hospital Expansion, Contract No. 1962, Project No. 53B1962 with Oscar J. Boldt Construction.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside existing public fee title on easement right-of-way.
