The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3449. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3449. The following described property is hereby omitted from the from Temp A Agriculture District and added to the RDC Research and Development Center District:
Part of the Northeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Town 7 North, Range 8 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 27; thence along the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 27, S89°11'46"W, 1144.40 feet to the Southeast corner of lands owned by Rung; thence N00°53'33"E along the East line of the Rung parcel, 396.00 feet; thence S89°11'59"W along the North line of the Rung parcel, 165.02 feet to a property line as agreed to and described in Quit Claim Deeds recorded a...
