PREAMBLE
On October 6, 2005, the City of Madison entered into an agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for surveying services (Contract No. 5893) with the authority provided by Council File Number. 01772, Enactment Number RES-05-00712, adopted on September 6, 2005.
The contract with MSA Professional Services, Inc. was for the preparation of surveys for twelve 2005 street and sewer reconstruction projects. The amendment will provide topographical surveying for two additional street and sewer surveys that were not included with the original contract, and will allow for deletion of three of the original twelve surveys that have previously been approved.
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the present contract between the City of Madison and MSA Professional Services, Inc. for "2005 Street and Sewer Reconstruction Surveys", Contract No. 5893, for additional surveying services.
