Fiscal Note

This resolution formally corrects the language contained in Res-06-00784 that authorized the sale of $3,600,000 of taxable general obligation notes on September 19, 2006.  The original resolution indicated the sale was a series of 10 annual notes.  In fact, the final sale structure was a single 10 year term note with annual principal payments.  The related costs and annual debt service costs are identical under either structure.  No fiscal impact.
