Body

WHEREAS, on November 5, 2014, the developer, B & H Madison, LLC, had signed a Subdivision Contract No. 2390 with the City of Madison and,

WHEREAS, Upon the Developer’s request, the assumption of liability for the completion of Contract 2390 shall be transferred to TRMcKenzie, Inc., and,

WHEREAS, Addendum No. 1 shall require an assignment and assumption of Subdivision Contract obligations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for Aspen Grove to allow for the Developer to transfer liability of Subdivision Contract No. 2390 from B & H Madison, LLC to TRMcKenzie, Inc.
