DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance changes the polling location for Ward 85 from Stephens Elementary School, to Wellspring United Methodist Church.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subsection (85) entitled “Ward 85” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:

“Polling place at Stephens Elementary School, 120 South Rosa Road Wellspring United Methodist Church, 5702 South Hill Drive.”
