Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Midtown Commons - Phase I, Private Contract No. 1797.
Body
WHEREAS, Great Dane Development LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Carns Drive - Mid Town Road to Ritz Drive.
Mayo Drive - Carns Drive to the west plat line.
Ritz Drive - East plat line (existing right-of-way) to Waldorf Boulevard
Mansion Hill Avenue - Waldorf Boulevard to the west plat line.
Broadmoor Street - Mansion Hill Avenue to Waldorf Boulevard
Starr Grass Drive - East plat line (existing right-of-way) to the west plat line.
Mid Town Road - East plat line westerly.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1797 $217,291.09 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on January 11, 2005.
