Accepting street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In 3201 Anderson Street - MATC Parking, Private Contract No. 2243 (District 17).
Body
WHEREAS, Madison Area Technical College, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 3201 Anderson Street - MATC Parking.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Anderson Street from STA 14+78.46 to STA 19+04.19.
• Anderson/Hoffman Intersection Sidewalks from STA 18+00 to STA 19+50.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 23B2243 by $ 17,145.96 for a useful life of 40 years.
