DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This amendment will rezone property at 1612 Seminole Highway from TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District to NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use) District to provide conforming zoning for restaurant-tavern and approve existing outdoor eating area.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00222 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.022-00222.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use) District:

 

Block 3, Lots 4, 5, 6 & 7 of Marlborough Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 20,334 square feet or 0.47 acres.”
