The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3104. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3104. The following described property is hereby omitted from the C1 Limited Commercial District and added to the R4 General Residence District:
Lot 285, Fifth Addition To Blackhawk Subdivision, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains 78,323 square feet or 1.8 acres."
