DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance establishes the policy that boards, committees and commissions shall not schedule meetings on the same nights that the Board of Estimates is considering the annual City budgets.

      Subdivision (h) of Subsection (4) entitled "Officers, Minutes, and Rules of Procedures" of Section 3.27 entitled "Qualifications--City Officers, Members of Commissions, and Employees" of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:

"(h)      Boards, committees, and commissions shall not schedule meetings on the same nights that the Board of Estimates is considering the annual Operating and Capital budgets."
