RESOLVED, that water main installation improvements in Ice Age Falls - Sewer/Water Contract No. 1938 which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not earlier than January 4, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
