Approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the Subdivision known as Grimm Street Relocation, 2502 Anderson Street CSM and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, and amending the Memorandum of Understanding Between Dane County and the City of Madison Regarding Stormwater Management on the Dane County Regional Airport, Private Contract No. 2282. WHEREAS, the developer, Wisconsin Secretary of Transportation as agent for Dane County, Wisconsin, has received the City of Madison's approval to create the subdivision known as Grimm Street Relocation, 2502 Anderson Street CSM; and,
WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances requires the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the subdivision.
WHEREAS, on July 6, 2010 the City of Madison approved a Memorandum of Understanding Between Dane County and the City of Madison Regarding Stormwater Management on the Dane Count Regional Airport for the purpose of clarifying stormwater requirements and responsibilities in the area surrounding Dane County Regional Airport, pursuant to Resolution RES-10-00597, ID 18650; and,
WHEREAS, Dane County Regional Airport and the City wish to amend the Memorandum of Understanding Between Dane County and the City of Madison Regarding Stormwater Management on the Dane Count Regional Airport to include additional stormwater management facilities that will be constructed with the Grimm Street Vacation 2502 Anderson Street CSM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements That Will be Accepted by the City of Madison For Grimm Street Relocation, 2502 Anderson Street CSM, with Secretary of Transportation as agent for Dane County, Wisconsin.
2. That the plans and specifications for the public improvements necessary to serve the subdivision are hereby approved.
