Body

WHEREAS, Don Simon Homes, Inc., c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Yellowcress Drive - NW line of Lot 298 to the south line of Lot 34.

Yarrow Circle - Yellowcress Drive to the end of the cul-de-sac.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1847 $23,644.10 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee shall have commenced September 3, 2004.
