Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This Resolution is a further step in necessary changes due to the move to a Clerk/Treasurer position.  Due to notice and timing issues, items related to public depositories were included in an ordinance change that should be in a resolution.  This Resolution, in conjunction with the related Ordinance ID #03086 accomplishes putting the respective provisions in the correct places.
