DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones three single-family detached dwellings located at 501, 505, and 509 Jacobson Avenue from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_15_1”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00796 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00796. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_15_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
