Title
Creating Section 28.022-00807 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of property generally located on Map Area “AD_18_1” from PD (Planned Development) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District, and creating Section 28.022-00808 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of property generally located on Map Area “AD_18_2” from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District. DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones four single-family detached dwellings located at 1509, 1513, 1517, and 1521 Burning Wood Way from PD (Planned Development) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District (Map Area “AD_18_1”), and rezones various properties located throughout the “Northport Commons” subdivision from PD to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_18_2”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00807 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00807. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_18_1” is hereby rezoned to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District.”
2. Map Amendment 00808 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00808. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_18_2” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
