Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract In Madison Yards at Hill Farms - Public Improvements Phase 3, Private Contract No. 9049 ( District 11).
Body
WHEREAS, Madison Yards Block 1, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Madison Yards at Hill Farms - Public Improvements Phase 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sidewalk improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Sheboygan Avenue Sidewalk from Gardener Road to North Segoe Road
• North Segoe Road Sidewalk from E of 4703 Madison Yards Way to Frey Street
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13496 by $31,785.60 for a useful life of 40 years.
