BE IT RESOLVED, that the Installation of Spring 2010 Street trees, Series 2-B which have been completed, be and hereby are accepted:

          The total cost of such improvement being . . . . . . . $ 122,425.36

         Of which the City of Madison is to pay . . . . . . ... $ 7,083.96

         And the abutting property owner . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  $  115,301.40

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property, payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited.
