Re-approving a Certified Survey Map of property owned by David W. Knoche located at 5714-5806 Old Sauk Road. 19th Ald. Dist.
Body
WHEREAS a Certified Survey Map of property owned by David W. Knoche at 5714-5806 Old Sauk Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, creating three residential lots, including a deep residential lot, was approved by the Plan Commission on December 17, 2007, and
WHEREAS the same Certified Survey Map was approved by the Madison Common Council on January 8, 2008 as RES-08-00043; ID 08436, as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS the previous approvals of the Certified Survey Map were not acted upon by the property owner within the 24 months provided by Chapter 236 through the recording of the survey but the contents of the survey remain the same as previously approved,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Certified Survey Map of property owned the Knoche property is hereby re-approved by the Madison Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the certified survey, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved Certified Survey Map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this Certified Survey or required as a condition of approval of this Certified Survey be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
