Resolved that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements  in 7th Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision, Phase III, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500 to expire not earlier than April 2, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
