Title
Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the Madison Water Utility Vehicle Storage Facility HVAC Replacement (6th AD).
Body
WHEREAS, the heating and ventilation system in the Water Utility Paterson Street Vehicle Storage Building is over 20 years old and in need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, the proposed replacement heating and ventilation equipment will be energy efficient and reduce the Utility's overall energy consumption; and
WHEREAS, IBC Engineering Services of Waukesha, Wisconsin has prepared drawings and specifications for the project;
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for the Madison Water Utility Vehicle Storage Facility HVAC Replacement be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
