Fiscal Note

This amendment would authorize an increase of $61,500 in the budget authority of the Specific Parks Projects (810405).  This would be funded through a transfer-in from available funds that reside in the Development Fees Imact Fund (SI30).

Body

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for Pedestrian Bridge Abutment and Bridge Placement Blackhawk Park be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 3.58 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

Thw 2007 Parks Division Capital Budget be amended to increase budget authority as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the project contained herein
