Fiscal Note
This contract provides for an annualized salary of $101,217.77 for the Parks Superintendent. The 2005 Adopted Operating Budget provides for salary at an annual rate of $98,860. The difference will be accommodated by the management of Parks Division salary savings. There is no anticipated impact upon cost controls or the tax levy.

Confirming the re-appointment of Mr. James P. Morgan to the position of Superintendent of Parks subject to the approval and execution of a five-year Employment Agreement.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed James P. Morgan to the position of Superintendent of Parks and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Morgan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. Morgan's re-appointment to the position of Superintendent of Parks is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Morgan.
