The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Paragraph 3291. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.06(2)(a)3291.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the R1 Single-Family Residence District and C Conservancy District and added to the C Conservancy District:

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map #12189, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.  This parcel contains 48 acres."
