Accepting street improvements constructed by private contract in Hawks Woods - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1883.
Body
WHEREAS, Midland Builders, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Soaring Sky Run from 30-feet west of the west plat line to Sugar Maple Lane.
Feather Edge Drive from the west plat line to Soaring Sky Run.
Feather Edge Dive from Soaring Sky Run northerly to the existing street
Gander Circle from Soaring Sky Run to south end.
Madison Standard concrete sidewalk (6-feet wide) in Outlot 3 running from Soaring Sky Run northerly to the existing sidewalk.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1883 $193,883.11 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on October 18, 2004.
