This Ordinance (in conjunction with several others) makes permanent the metered parking on the Capital Square, following the 180-day trial period. All costs and revenues are recognized in the Parking Utility operating budget.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance revises the Parking Prohibited At All Times on a portion of the north side of Mifflin Street.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (246) of Section 12.132 entitled "Parking Prohibited At All Times" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(246) On the north side of Mifflin Street from Brearly Street to Blair Street, and from Pinckney Street to Carroll Street Wisconsin Avenue, and from Henry Street to Broom Street, and on the south side from Fairchild Street to Carroll Street and from Pinckney Street to Webster Street and from Brearly Street to a point 220 feet east therefrom and from Ingersoll Street to a point 197 feet west therefrom." ...
