Adopting and confirming Revision 266 of the Madison General Ordinances as of March 15, 2009 to incorporate the changes pursuant to Sec. 66.0103, Wis. Stats.

Body

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

All of Revision No. 266 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of March 15, 2009, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-09-00001 through ORD-09-00044 and CHA-09-00001 is hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through March 15, 2009 be confirmed in all respects.  

Revision No. 266 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Section 66.0103, Wisconsin Statutes.
