BE IT RESOLVED,

1) That the plans and specifications for Transit Network Redesign Street Improvements be and are hereby approved,

2) That the Board of Public Works is authorized to advertise and receive bids for these projects, or due to time constraints, this work may be completed by negotiated change order to an existing contract(s), if pricing received is a good value to the City, and any such change orders be authorized by the Board of Public Works per existing policy.
