Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution authorizes awarding the contract for the Overture Center Garage Electrical upgrade. There is a companion resolution to amend the Parking Division's capital budget (Legistar File 94633). The budget amendment resolution would transfer Parking reserve funding across major projects so there is sufficient budget authority available in the Garage Lighting Replacement project (Munis #16122). If the capital budget amendment is adopted, there will be sufficient funding to approve this bid.
