WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Meadow Mist Road from the west plat line to Fallen Leaf Drive.
River Birch Road from the northwest line of Lot 426 southerly to Fallen Leaf Drive.
Fallen Leaf Drive from River Birch Road to Meadow Mist Road (existing street).
Red Sky Drive from Meadow Mist Road to the east line of Lot 384 (existing street).
Sandhill Road from Meadow Mist Road to the north line of Lot 368 (existing street).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1960 $263,055.88 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on August 23, 2005.
