WHEREAS, position #4449 in the Information Technology operating budget is identified as a Process Improvement Specialist, and

WHEREAS, the incumbent has retired, and

WHEREAS, the Information Technology Director has concluded that this work can be performed by an IT Specialist 3, and

WHEREAS, both the Process Improvement Specialist and an IT Specialist 3 are in the same CG and Range, resulting in no fiscal impact to hiring an IT Specialist 3,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that position #4449 of Process Improvement Specialist be deleted and recreated as an IT Specialist 3 in the Information Technology operating budget, thereof.
