PRIVATE CONTRACT, NO CITY FUNDS REQUIRED

Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for The Aberdeen Apartments PUD, Private Contract No.1948.

Body

WHEREAS, Wayne & Patricia Dishaw & Aberdeen, LLC have satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements adjacent to The Aberdeen Apartments PUD located at 437 West Gorham Street.   

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on October 7, 2004.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1948 $7,690.10 useful life of 40-years.
