I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.
ETHICS BOARD
WILLIAM C. KEYS, 2 N. Rock Rd., 53705 (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Mayoral Representative. Mr. Keys is a retired school teacher and former president of M.T.I. He succeeds Eric D. Hands.

PERFORMING ARTS STUDY STEERING COMMITTEE
RALPH F. RUSSO, 5218 Kevins Way (3rd A.D.) - appoint to the position of Performing Arts Facilities Member. Mr. Russo is the Cultural Arts and Theater Director of the Wisconsin Union.
TED DEDEE, 5206 Comanche Way, 54704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Performing Arts Facilities Member. Mr. DeDee serves as the President and CEO of the Overture Center for the Arts.
Currently serving on: Madison's Central Business Improvement District (BID) Board
SARAH J. HOOVER, 728 Christianson Ave., 53714 (15th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Performing Arts Facilities Member. Ms. Hoover is the Managing Director of the Bartell Theatre Foundation.
WILLIAM E. SMITH, 333 W. Mifflin St. #5150, 53703 (4th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Performing Arts Organization Member. Mr. Smith is the Artistic Director of the Madison Ballet.
JOSE MADERA, 6901 Old Sauk Ct., 53717 (19th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Madison Arts Commission member. Mr. Madera is an Assistant Dean at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
