Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract In 3914 Monona Drive - Threshold Development, Private Contract No. 9242 (District 15).
Body
WHEREAS, 3900 Monona, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 3914 Monona Drive - Threshold Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sidewalk improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Davidson Street Sidewalk from Monona Drive to S of 104 Davidson Street
• Cottage Grove Road Sidewalk from Monona Drive to 209 Cottage Grove Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14775 by $14,573.75 for a useful life of 40 years.
