The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3040. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3040. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Agriculture District and added to the A Agriculture District:
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 34, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 34; thence N88°48'23"E, 1,319.80 feet; thence S00°53'22"W, 940.74 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S00°53'22"W, 379.45 feet; thence S88°47'06"W, 745.10 feet; thence N00°04'15"W, 234.13 feet; thence N46°09'18"W, 32.13 feet; thence N00°27'27"W, 132.63 feet; thence N89°32'33"E, 775.37 feet to the point of beginning. Contains 6.68 acres."
